Arrival: Visitors must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Dress Code: Visitors must adhere to a formal or smart-casual attire policy.
Acceptable Attire: Collared shirts, long pants, and neatly tailored jeans.
Prohibited Attire: Revealing clothing, Bermuda shorts, torn or faded jeans, t-shirts, sleeveless tops (including spaghetti strap tops), open-toe shoes for men, slippers, and sandals.
Security Scanning: All items must go through security at the Concourse and Ground Levels.
Firearms: Personal firearms must be declared and temporarily surrendered to security.

Enjoy breathtaking views from the Skybridge and Observation Deck, then indulge in a delightful Ramadan Buffet at Malaysia Petroleum Club, located at level 41/42 of the Twin Towers.

Admission of children under aged 3 is FREE of charge.
Tickets sold are not refundable or transferable.
An adult MUST accompany children below 12 years of age.
All baggage and personal items MUST go through the Security Scanning Machine.
Eating, drinking, chewing gum and smoking are not allowed during the visit.
The management reserves the right to reschedule or cancel visits without prior notice.
The management reserves the right to refuse any entry to any visitor(s).
Visitors shall at all times, adhere to and obey:
- The signs and notices displayed in, on and/or around the premises;
- The rules and regulations of the PETRONAS Twin Towers Visit; and
- The instructions of the officers in the PETRONAS Twin Towers Visit Operations.
The management may remove any visitor who is behaving in an indecent, unruly or disruptive manner or pose any kind of danger or discomfort to other visitors.
